  1. your unique user identifier (eduPersonUniqueId attribute)
  2. your role in your Home Organisation (eduPersonAffiliation attribute)
  3. your e-mail address (mail attribute)
  4. your name (givenName attribute)
  5. your surname (sn attribute)
  6. list of services you are eligible for at your home organization (attribute eduPersonEntitlement)
  7. your organization designation (attribute o)
  8. designation of the organizational unit within the organization (attribute ou)
Purpose of the processing of personal dataWe use the collected data to identify you within the lf1.futurebooks.cz application. This allows you to
  1. open locked books
  2. reset your password using your email address
  3. save application and book settings such as:
    1. book notes
    2. book settings, etc.
We may use your personal data to improve the service, for example, to log errors or for statistics of app and book behaviour.
Third parties to whom personal data is disclosedWe do not share your personal data with any third party.

Data retentionYour user data will be stored by us until you request its deletion or if you do not log in to your account for more than two years. In this case, the data will be automatically anonymised and you will need to create a new user account after this period.
